We pride ourselves on proprietary Goma and Ponzu souces, which had been perfected by Chef Taka while he was in charge at popular shabu shabu restaurants in california, USA.
Only fresh and highest quality ingredients will be served to our customers. We prohibit the addition of preservative and MSG in our products. For frying purpose, we use Canola Oil, which is high in unsaturated fat.

"Good shabu shabu and meat quality. Price wise can be a little bit steep but the food is awesome if you like shabu-shabu. The sesame and ponzu dipping sauce is heavenly. Must try the collagen soup."

and even the soup just a collagen soup they have a rich flavor, very savoury till the last drop.
